Robert Fisk visits the Cairo suburb of Imbada to investigate why Arab fundamentalists are violently denouncing the West despite huge American grants to support Egypt. He talks to members of Egypt's most radical Muslims - the Gemaa Islamia about their stragey. In the second part of the programme he travels to Sarajevo where European Muslims continue defending their right to exist; Fisk reports on the scale of devastation and reflects on the West's failure to understand or truly sympathise with the Muslim world.
